It’s that time of year again! The Zoroastrian Association of Western Australia (ZAWA) warmly invites the community to come together and celebrate Navroze.
Join us for an evening of tradition, togetherness, and, of course, a legendary Parsi feast! 🥘🏡❤️ Prepare your appetites for a curated menu featuring authentic flavors, specially prepared by our very own Manek Tadiwala. 👨🍳🔥
🍽️ On the Menu
We’ve put together a spread that hits all the classic notes:
* To Start: Crunchy Wafers 🥔 served with tangy Achar 🌶️ and fresh Rotli 🫓.
* The Mains:
* Sali Chicken: Tender chicken topped with signature golden potato straws 🍗🍟.
* Gosh nu Palav Dal: Fragrant meat pilaf served with our rich, traditional dal 🍛.
* Vegetable Stew: A delicious, hearty option for our veggie lovers 🥗.
* The Grand Finale: No celebration is complete without the iconic Lagan nu Custard 🍮.
* Refreshments: A selection of soft drinks 🥤 will be provided by ZAWA.
